Rob turned 31 on February 7th. I made him his favorite dinner and dessert to celebrate. With Rob, this is a huge undertaking because his favorite meal is Thanksgiving dinner. Since I was on bedrest for his last birthday and didn't really get to do anything special for him, I decided to attempt making a mini Thanksgiving in February. I made my first Turkey, homemade stuffing, homemade mashed potatoes, homemade rolls, gravy, and corn on the cob. For dessert, we had brownies, ice cream and hot chocolate pudding. I was cooking all day but it was worth it to surprise him. Surprisingly, everything turned out and he really enjoyed it.

Saturday,on his actual birthday, Rob went golfing and we went out with his parents who were in town visiting to our favorite restaurant Seasons 52 and left all the kids with a babysitter. This was Hudson's first non-family member babysitter but it went good even though I was a little nervous about it. Rob opened his presents when we got home.
