Finding Nemo

Today we went to Animal Kingdom to see the new Finding Nemo show. When we got there, we tried to make the first show but it was already full and we were there 20 minutes early. The Disney workers suggested getting there at least 45 minutes early. We went and ate a quick lunch and then got in line 45 minutes before the next show. We were worried about how the kids would be waiting that long but they were both in great moods and were perfect. I couldn't believe it. It helped that the line kept moving and they opened the doors 25 minutes early but they even sat in their seats for the whole 25 minutes before the show eating snacks and entertaining themselves. I can never predict our kids behavoir. One time they will be perfect and another time it will be very challenging getting them both to sit still. The show was totally worth the wait. It was excellent and so unexpected. It was as if they put Nemo on broadway. The costumes, props,songs and special effects were wonderful for a Disney park show. Probably one of the best Disney shows ever. The kids were enthralled the whole time and it helped that we had great seats because we were in line so early. Afterwards, we got ice cream for the kids because they behaved so well and went home for naps. I went out this evening for a girls night out going away party for a friend in the ward who is moving to South Carolina. We ate at Carabbas and it was fun socializing with the girls and getting out of the house by myself.
