Today is Callie's 2nd birthday. We are having her official joint party with her cousin Megan, whose birthday is a few weeks later, on Easter weekend so we had a small celebration today. On Thursdays Callie regularly has her playgroup while Jack is at preschool and today the playgroup went to Animal Kingdom(everyone in the group has Disney passes) for the morning and Chickfila for lunch which was a nice way to spend her birthday. After Rob got home and we ate dinner, we took the kids for milkshakes and to the grocery store for Callie to pick out a balloon. Then she got to open her present from Nana and Opa. Callie is sooo much fun, very outgoing and dramatic(in a good and funny way). I also love that she is a great mix of tomboy and girly girl. She loves playing outside, climbing,keeping up with Jack, and Jack's "boy toys" but then her she LOVES dolls, stuffed animals, shoes, and looking pretty. She is great sleeper and loves to sing-her favorite songs to sing right now are "I am a child of God" or anything off the Finding Nemo soundtrack. We are so grateful that she is our little girl.
