Catching colds is all we have been doing for the past two weeks. First Jack, then Callie, now me. Jack and Callie still have coughs. So we haven't been doing much these past weeks. We spent last week in Tallahassee at my parent's house. I was able to go shopping without having to rush out of the stores and take my time to browse which was nice but other than that the kids just spent the time having fun with Grandma and Grandpa who took them to the pool and park. Grandma and Grandpa also took Jack to his first movie. They took him to see Cars. Jack liked it ok but he did get restless since the movie was 2 hours long. He enjoyed eating his M&Ms the most and going up and down the aisle and asking my parents a ton of questions. The theater was pretty empty so Jack being restless wasn't too disruptive. Jack also has never been really into cars and trucks. He likes them ok but he is more into dinosaurs, animals, bugs, and anything scary. I think if the movie was about something he liked better, he would have paid more attention beacuse he loves watching movies at home. He really wants to see the movie Monster House which is coming out soon. He has seen the previews and posters and always talks about how he wants to see that movie. I think before we take him to a movie again we will make sure it is something he really wants to see. So I guess I will also explain the picture I included. This is the only picture taken since 4th of July so I thought I would include it(I forgot the camera when when I went to Tallahassee). So Jack and Callie were fighting over the kazoo on Monday. Jack had it and then went on to play with something else so Callie picked it up and started blowing in it and then Jack wanted it back and took it from Callie. Of course, I made Jack give it back but this made Jack very upset and as Jack tried to take it from Callie again and started blowing in it, Callie decided to lean over and blow in the other end. So each of them had an end in their mouth and were blowing into it. I am glad they could reach a peaceful compromise to their feud. They both had a lot of fun simultaneously playing the kazoo.
